Choose one of our eight condominium units in the heart of Elk River. The condos sit directly across from shops and cafes and walking distance to everything Elk River has to offer. Free off-street guest parking, BBQ, fire pit and recreation equipment rentals on site. 1-3 Bedroom Units each with full kitchen and bath.

Cedar and Tome Vacation Home

Tucked away at the edge of town this property has quiet elegance and charm. Large windows, natural light, trees, and solitude. Features include private parking, a large deck with gas BBQ, gas fireplace, arcade, board games, a grand piano, and books. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath. 1700 sq/ft.

Emberly Studio

This queen studio unit is located on the edge of town and has direct access to our health equipment. Try a sauna or cold plunge after your workout. Spend the evening relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying a campfire.

Village Cottage

Cottage-core to the max. This delightfully decorated cottage has been transformed from one of the original company-town structures to the chic cozy cottage it is today. Loft bedroom, full kitchen, one bath. Centrally located to shops and dining. On-street parking for one vehicle.

Escape digital distractions in our low-tech sanctuary where limited cell service opens the door to deep focus and genuine connection. Our remote surroundings provide the ultimate destination for productive corporate offsites or peaceful personal retreats, allowing your group to truly recalibrate without the noise of technology.
