2nd – Read the Rental and Release Agreements.

4th – Send your deposit to hold your reservation.

A 50% deposit, (check or money order, no credit card accepted) along with a signed Rental and Release Agreement, (this can be downloaded from the website) is required within 7 days of making reservation.

The balance (plus the $200 damage/cleaning fee) is due 30 days before check-in date.  If your reservation is less than 30 days before check-in then the full rental is required within 7 days
